Field Guide Entry #110
Tuppence
Burrowfolk • Meadowvale Pastures • 2026 sighting
Appearance
Rounded pig form with tiny planted hooves and a sculpted snout full of enthusiasm. Finished in soft dusty blue glaze with warm reddish-brown accents defining her ears and nose.
Her wide bowl interior feels less like storage and more like a gathering place for whatever is currently exciting.
Known quirks
- Gasps when salt is added dramatically
- Pretends popcorn is a performance
- Gets emotionally attached to snacks
- Has strong opinions about sprinkles
- Claps internally for good seasoning
Personality notes
- Tuppence is not subtle — she is engaged.
- She believes food should be celebrated, not merely consumed.
- Among the Burrowfolk, she is known for turning ordinary kitchen moments into small events and making even a pinch of salt feel ceremonial.
