Nocturnibble
Netherkin • The Gloom Caverns • 2026 sighting
Appearance
• Deep black glaze covered in shimmering midnight glitter • Tiny crystal-like bumps scattered across the back like stars • Small rounded ears tuned for creaking floorboards • Dark interior said to hold pieces of the night sky • Tiny teeth that glimmer in low light
Known quirks
- Prefers staying awake long after everyone else sleeps
- Collects shiny objects and forgotten coins
- Appears to sparkle more brightly after sunset
- Watches moonlight move across walls
- Known to sit perfectly still until the clock strikes midnight
Personality notes
- Nocturnibble is gentle, secretive, and happiest when the world becomes quiet.
- He is a keeper of late-night thoughts, unfinished books, and the feeling that the house becomes a different place after dark.
