Field Guide Entry #133
Tusklemoss
Netherkin • The Gloom Caverns • 2026 sighting
Appearance
Tusklemoss has a round blue-green body, tiny pointed ears, four chunky feet, a little tail, and two spectacular curling tusks framing an enormous open mouth. His tusks appear to be growing.
He may eventually require a wider shelf.
Known quirks
- Despite his intimidating tusks, Tusklemoss is remarkably gentle.
- He prefers collecting to fighting and will happily spend hours guarding rings, coins, salt, candy, keys, and other small treasures inside his enormous mouth.
- Researchers originally believed this behavior was protective.
- Further observation suggests he may simply enjoy having stuff.
Personality notes
- Gentle despite the tusks, Tusklemoss is a sociable collector who investigates every rustle.
- Once settled, he guards his household treasures with calm devotion and very little respect for privacy.
